"A decent accommodation, but not great value for the price. The floors were dirty upon arrival, and there are many hidden fees, such as charging a separate cleaning fee and charging for extra towels. They also do ask for a large deposit, which is returned a few days after checkout. This did not feel like a 4 star accommodation to me, but it’s not a bad place to stay. Great location. "

"Our room was ready when we arrived. Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Had a city view across Gran Via but the room was not noisy from the street. Had a few drinks at the rooftop bar. Great efficient service, tasty cocktails and lovely views "

"This is a really cute little hotel and a great part of Madrid. The rooms are kind of small but very comfortable but it’s the staff that’s truly outstanding. They couldn’t do enough and we’re just a pleasure to talk to."
