"Very good"

"So, I appreciate that this is a “budget” hotel (although I felt the £107 per night price wasn’t overly budget!) but my room basically consisted of nothing but a bed, a shower, toilet and tv. The bed and pillows were really hard, which left me with a sore back and neck, there was literally NOWHERE to sit apart from the bed, no kettle or anything in the room, including even water.. I did see some fridges with cold drinks in reception, but £2.75 for a can of Fanta? Ridiculous. Yes it was convenient for the venue I was attending for a wedding, but would I go there again? Certainly not at that price!"

"The hotel was amazing we had and amazing room however a fridge in the rooms would be a great addition. The spa was so relaxing and a great addition to our stay great facility’s as well and staff was amazing and so accommodating too would highly recommend and would stay there again "

"All staff are very friendly and always with a smile and a greeting. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice to choose from. From continentalbreakfasts, cereals and choice of cooked breakfasts, all good. Room is clean and tidy. Free WiFi too. Love to go back there again but not ideal for accessibility with wheelchairs, lift is very tiny. I also will feel safe to stay alone, with lots of people milling around Christchuch town."

"Only one small problem - no iron in the room - only a garment steamer was available which did not take out the wrinkles in my clothes. Plus no operating instructions were with it."
