We had such a relaxing time. Just what was needed before heading back to work next week. The Aqua thermal journey was amazing- a whole two hours with no phone, no conversation just me and my thoughts. Bliss! The food was delicious and the staff were just lovely, so welcoming and friendly. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We paid for this with our Tesco Clubcard voucher so our whole stay cost £79 for dinner bed and breakfast for 2 nights.

Felt welcome from the moment we stepped in, everything explained well to us and even an apology letter for the fire alarm was provided which we really appreciated. definitely would stay again

We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. This was my second visit to Liverpool and the first time using a hotel, I was drawn in by the outside look of the hotel then when I saw the rooms and then how good the price was I was sold. When I got there it was clear the area was quite close to anything I'd need and less than 10 minutes from central station which was perfect. This hotel more than met our expectations. All the staff were friendly, pro-active and extremely helpful. The room was warm, clean and had all the facilities and features of a top class hotel, but the price was excellent value for money. Not only was the en-suite extremely clean, but the quality of the towels and toiletries provided was better than at any Radisson or Hilton we have stayed at. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation and look forward to a return visit.

Wonderful friendly hotel in an idyllic setting. I wonder why I have never heard of Lytham. It's the best kept town that I have ever seen, anywhere in the world - OK, maybe on a par with Kyoto in Japan!

Hidden Gem slightly dated but extremely clean we really enjoyed our stay made to feel really welcome. Evening meal was outstanding along with breakfast this place is not the ritz but you get a 5 star service to rival the ritz We will definitely recommend & return

This appears to be five star in every way, great bar and restaurant, excellent breakfast. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Staff could not do enough for us, they were all very well trained and offered excellent customer service. Fantastic modern beautiful hotel.

Had a lovely stay, nice and quiet, good location and a car park next door. We will definitely stay again the rooms are huge and a great shower.
