"Lovely old property. Some updating needed but it was lovely to stay in such a grand property so more than made up for it. Staff friendly and food and surroundings excellent. Very quiet. Would definitely recommend."

"Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We experienced no kssues or noise from being on the services as the hotel is set back. Onsite American dinner style restaurant was used for breakfast and again great staff and food. Only issue was we had an accessible room (requested) and the wet room didnt drain as it should, apparently a known issue that really needs to be sorted as removed ability to use the toilet after a shower unless you had wellies."

"Nice hotel with some nice touches but little changes have been made since our last stay such as no complimentary biscuits in room. Also taken away the complimentary Kings Ginger liqueur. Rooms could be better furnished many don't have wardrobes. "
