"​We recently stayed here and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was exceptional—spotlessly clean, wonderfully bright, and remarkably spacious, making it a very relaxing space to unwind. ​The staff were a real highlight of the trip, always polite, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. ​Our only minor gripe was that there didn't appear to be a vegetarian option available for the full English breakfast, which would have been a welcome addition to an otherwise brilliant morning menu. ​Overall, a fantastic place to stay that I would gladly recommend to others!"

"Great food, breakfast is fabulous lots of choice and actually the hot breakfast was hot which was great compared to other hotels, lovely helpful staff, huge suite, just needs brightening with some colour and touches here and there. Air con needs checking as wasn’t that cold and I am a hot person so really wanted it to be better. Shame there is no jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is shallow both ends but I did have a lovely massage with Brenda. Overall lovely stay definitely stay again."

"Lina was great at reception, there were ample of refreshments in the lobby and the room had complementary water. The issue was the swimming pool, you have to call and book, and then you only get 30 mins in there (which we were not told), we were told to get out after 25 mins of our start time even tho the pool had only a few people in it. Breakfast was good, decent internet."

"Pretty sure I received email after the cancellation window ended to say that if we wanted to swim in the pool it would cost 10 pounds per person for an hour and needed to be prebooked. This is appalling!! Nothing about this was mentioned when I booked. Gym was included! The upside was that we paid Au$380 for Friday and Saturday night. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included... Breakfast was fab.. large range of juices, good hot food, fresh fruit salad..."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast. Would have given five stars if there had not have been an issue where I was charged £56 parking for my one night stay, I questioned my bill to be told it’s a parking charge. I then asked how long do I get to stay, another lady said the charge was £17 and I was getting a refund. I was refunded the money with no apology just a mumbling about commission!"
