"Our room had issues with electricity. We had no lights when we woke today. I rang reception and got no reply !! I reported it the desk and it came back on but tripped off again."

"Lovely convenient hotel. Super location and easy to get to the main part of Stratford. The hotel is clean and has ample parking at the rear. The room too was clean. But is literally a bed. A couple more things would have made our stay more comfortable. Such as more than one pillow each, a mirror in the room would be good also just a bin. There are no hair dryers or iron in the room. On whole a good hotel for a short stay."

"It's very convenient to have parking spots onsite at the hotel. We parked the car there, walked a few minutes to the bus stop and took the bus right to the Oxford city center. We enjoyed our breakfast there. They have a wide variety of food to choose from. Will certainly stay here again."

"Our first visit to a Warner Hotel, hopefully it will not be our last. Staff were professional, engaging and engaged. Buffet food was good, with plenty of choice. The cooked breakfast option looked greasy as mostly fried items, fried bread and eggs fair enough but I prefer bacon, sausages, black pudding, tomatoes grilled / baked these days. However, very happy with the fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, breads etc! Swimming pool was a great treat. As we were only staying for one night no time to use or the rest of the spa. Amazing location in fantastic grounds."
