"We were allocated rooms in the annex in Paddock, the water pressure in the shower was not satisfactory and took a long time to heat up. Unfortunately this was identified too late to raise with the hotel team as the booking was for just one night's stay. Breakfast was superb and the staff were extremely helpful."

We were very fortunate and had a free upgrade - big room, clean, good bathroom also clean. Bar and restaurant are both nice - food at both is very good - although drinks prices are a tad high. Restaurant is a bit under staffed at breakfast, if busy getting a clear table can be a challenge. But all staff are really friendly and helpful. We also used the spa - the lounge is lovely and the pool and sauna are also both good."
