"Really lovely and super helpful staff!"

"We arrived and there is no reception There seemed to be some sort of event on so we walked around for five minutes until we were told you sit in a sofa and wait for the manager to check you in. Check in took approx 10 mins due to the manager dealing with some unhappy guests. Not hit fault but odd no reception for such a big place The room was small but lovely, there was no shower gel though so worth taking some.
