"Great rooms at good price. Helpful staff but parking still an issue"

"We arrived and there is no reception There seemed to be some sort of event on so we walked around for five minutes until we were told you sit in a sofa and wait for the manager to check you in. Check in took approx 10 mins due to the manager dealing with some unhappy guests. Not hit fault but odd no reception for such a big place The room was small but lovely, there was no shower gel though so worth taking some. The most disappointing part was the breakfast, we had opted not to include it when...

"Location of property worked well for purpose. Staff were good. Rooms very warm, unlike the shower, stayed 3 nights, only on one occasion was the water hot, guessing the staff knew of this, when we mentioned at check out. Greene King pub next door, ok for a pint and pub food. Would recommend "Ye Olde Hob Inn" for a drink, great atmosphere and even better hosts."

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"The property was very nice with it being linked with the golf course. Sitting on the patio in an evening was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Only minor gripe was the price of a bottle of wine"
