The High Street is cleaned at 3AM in the morning and one hears every noise from the street below. Perhaps double glazing is an option? The lower floor bedroom could benefit from nights lamps and better storage facilities. The main entrance off the street to the property was not cleaned properly. Not a pleasant welcoming."

The B&B is located a few minutes from Canterbury East train station and is also close to the centre of town. The room was well-furnished with fresh water in a jug (with lemon!), kettle, TV and a hairdryer. All the nice touches added up! The host, Terry, was very warm and a good conversationalist. He gave me a map when I arrived and explained how to get into town to start exploring. There were also good options for breakfast. 10/10 - would stay again!
