The room was ok. It was clean... I believe his name was Vlad in the Bar was great. I booked through a pre pay Expedia. I noticed that when I checked in, they placed a large hold on my card. I explained that it should be pre paid. Not a big deal as I was not reliant on that money. However when i checked out they still put it on my card. I had to explain once again that I pre paid. She did fix the bill and said OH Yeah it should not have gone on your card. Never an apology. Just handed me a new bill. I am glad I went to the desk instead of express check out.

Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was terrible for the cost. House keeping was very good. Staff behind front desk were unfriendly and kind of rude. Never did they acknowledge appreciation we stayed at the hotel. They seemed to lack training on how to address guests and that guests are why they are employed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely excellent stay at 909 N. Michigan Avenue! The location could not have been better. So many restaurants, shops, attractions, and other amenities are within walking distance, which made enjoying Chicago incredibly convenient. We also had a rental car, and getting around the city and to other destinations was very easy. Another huge plus was having **adjoining rooms**. It was perfect for traveling together because we could easily share time between the rooms while still having our own space and privacy. The location, convenience, comfort, and accessibility all helped make this an excellent stay from beginning to end. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Five stars and highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
