Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was terrible for the cost. House keeping was very good. Staff behind front desk were unfriendly and kind of rude. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely excellent stay at 909 N. Michigan Avenue! The location could not have been better. So many restaurants, shops, attractions, and other amenities are within walking distance, which made enjoying Chicago incredibly convenient. We also had a rental car, and getting around the city and to other destinations was very easy. Another huge plus was having **adjoining rooms**. It was perfect for traveling together because we could easily share time between the rooms while still having our own space and privacy. The location, convenience, comfort, and accessibility all helped make this an excellent stay from beginning to end. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Great location. Within walking distance of shops, river tours and restaurants. Super safe area for walking, easy access to bus, taxi and train. Very friendly staff.

I had heard a lot about their beds being most comfortable, but it was sagging in my room. The staff was very nice and responsive to every request. please check room 826 beds.

It was a bery clean property. However when I initially arrived we were helped by a very nice gentleman who loaded our luggage. When I got to the front desk to check-in our receptionist was looking at me funny. She asked for my I.D. i gave it to her. When she held my I.D. she once again looked at it funky. I did not appreciate this service. However our other associates who assisted us were very friendly and nice.

Pros-The location is 10/10! The room itself was pretty spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful Cons-The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were terrible to the point that if I had to stay another night I would have had to purchase one. Rooms do not have coffee makers, which was a disappointment. I attempted to order room service one evening only to find the few things listed were not available

Great hotel in a great location Staff are very helpful and accommodating, there were a few problems which they put right fairly quickly. Great bar/restaurant much better than the usual hotel bar.
