This condo is a gorgeous, spacious and bright 3Bed/2Bath Penthouse in the heart of North Center. It includes a home office, at home workout equipment, and everything you need to make our home yoursAll essentials are included; small kitchen appliances, spices, a dining area, desks with monitors, in unit washer and dryer, and huge closet spaces. You are free to use anything and everything in the space. There is a walk-in closet with California Closets built in off of the primary bedroom. We also have a soaker tub with jets, lots of books for you to read, and incredible natural light from large windows throughout the unit. We are walking distance from a Jewel Osco and Trader Joe's. Costco and Mariano's are short drives away. The building is small and well-managed, including common space cleaning. The roof deck above the garage is free for you to use, we have a grill on our balcony and there is one on the garage deck as well. Garage parking included, with a garage door opener. If you have kids, there are great schools nearby - Coonley School District - one of the best in Chicago. We're also close to Lake View High School and Lane Tech Magnet High School.
