The beds were extremely comfortable and the AC was so nice after a long day outside. However, make sure you pay attention to if the pool is opened or closed. I only booked this hotel for the pool and didn’t see that the pool is closed until July. Also, I tried asking the front desk for a bottle opener but they wanted me to download an app just to ask for one, which was pretty inconvenient.

Overall good stay. The best thing was the room was very clean. The soundproofing could use some work. I stayed in the west wing 8th floor and heard everything. Sirens 🚨 outside and noise from the hallway. This is a massive APA hotel. The front desk was a bit chaotic. Check out at 10:00am is a bit early for such a hotel. 11:00am would be more fair. The pool and stuff is not included. You have to buy those privileges separately from your nightly stay.

数泊のため、コインランドリーの使用が前提でした。部屋で利用状況が分かり、便利でしたが、一つが乾燥が不十分だったらしく、使用者とホテルスタッフでもめていました。最終、ランドリー使用を待っていた人5〜6名に何の説明も無かったので、使っても良いのかどうか故障なのか、分かりませんでした。時間は24時近く。終了が午前2時になるので、一言、説明があっても良かったかな？と思いました。 それ以外は、荷物の預かりや宅配にしても便利でした。

スタッフの方達の対応がとても丁寧でした。ベッドもとても寝やすかったです。疲労困憊の身体に心地よかったです。
