"Perfectly fine stay for just one night. If staying in Brighton longer we’d probably stay elsewhere. Our room was good and spacious - had everything we needed for a night. Lobby and breakfast room very dated and shabby. Staff at breakfast were quite moody unfortunately (although cleaning staff were really friendly!). Quality of the cooked breakfast wasn’t too great but decent selection of things for the continental breakfast. If you need somewhere for a short stay and can get a good rate, I’d recommend it."

"Was a little apprehensive on the stay here after only paying £33 fit myself and grandson. I needn’t of been. Yes the place is dated but it was clean, no smells and the bed was comfortable, and there was extra pillows in the room. Tea, coffee facilities were good too. We didn’t go into the bar area. Will defo stay again. Only downside was the reception staff, not overly friendly however I did arrive just as she was eating food."
