"If you book this we will be jealous as we have had a fabulous time here, 8 minutes walk to beach 15 minutes to station/town, very quiet location wonderful neighbours, lovely sunny garden, heating worked lovely, obviously some minor maintenance needed but nothing to worry about or get in the way of your stay. "Lovely house near the sea (across the road and along 20 meters was a path) in a small community. A convenient local store and a few restaurants. Reasonable distance from Bognor Regis (15 min drive; hour walk; direct bus). House itself clean and comfortable, with a few nice extras (we liked the pool table/tennis table/meal table)."
