With its sophisticated interior, spacious yard, and quiet surroundings, this place is perfect for parties and gatherings, and all members of all generations can enjoy a happy time together.
In addition, Kevin’s House at Nimmanhaemin is located within a 15-minute walk to Maya Shopping Mall and One Nimman, and within a 10-minute drive to the Old City and the airport, making it easily accessible. It is also close to Nimmanhaemin, making it the perfect place to stay for anything you want to do in Chiang Mai, such as gourmet tours, shopping, and sightseeing.

2. Detailed Description :
Kevin’s House at Nimmanhaemin has a large kitchen with a spacious living room and dining room on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, making it the perfect accommodation for those who love to cook.
You can enjoy a barbecue party in the front yard of the building, and we plan to install a bathtub in the laundry room at the back of the building.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor and a large balcony where you can enjoy the outside scenery. There is a large bathtub in the bathroom, which children love.
There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living room on the first floor, so there is no inconvenience in staying with 6 guests including the bedroom.
In addition, there is an 85-inch smart TV in the living room and a 75-inch and 50-inch smart TV in the two bedrooms, so you can watch high-definition Netflix and YouTube for free.
The two bedrooms each have high-speed Wi-Fi and a table for remote work, providing the best environment for nomads.
Kevin’s House at Nimmanharmin always welcomes you and will always do our best to make your stay cozy and comfortable.
