The staff are brilliant, super friendly and professional! The location is fantastic along with ample parking makes for a great stay.
Food and drinks are really reasonably priced and of a top level quantity, just a brilliant place to stay.
The room was spotless. only thing i would say was there was no bottled water in the room but i seen on our second night they sell it behind reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. The swimming pool was great. it’s a very family friendly hotel. The food was excellent. we will definitely be back again.
We really enjoyed our stay. We had a balcony to our room which allowed us to chill out in the sunshine which is just what we needed due to circumstances.
We enjoyed a two night break, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
We ate in the bar on 3 occasions and the food was very good.
The room was very clean but the single bed mattress was a sinking ship. There was a lot of noise from the outside boiler, so not helpful to sleep. It's a pity that they provide a kettle and coffee tea products, however not a single bottle of water to make it. Being a 4 star hotel, they are lacking in star attention.
The pool really needs updating, lots of scratches on the feet from damaged tiles and it requires a hat, which we didn't know and you have to pay for it.
Breakfast was good, but more towards the 2/3 star standard.
Nonetheless, the staff were really friendly and helpful. And when you have free undercover parking you have to be glad about it.
Very welcoming and helpful staff at reception. All staff very friendly throughout our stay. Had a few stairs to get to our room which I wasn’t sure about but was well worth it when we saw our executive room.
Very great hotel with helpful and enthusiastic staff also a lovely quiet atmosphere with great breakfast food. The room was amazing with a cozy bed and great tv and shower with hot water shower caps, the room seemed to have everything you need. An iron board was also a nice bonus. I’d rate the leisure centre a 10/10 honestly just perfect pool, hot tub and even a handy gym. One thing the hotel can work on is the WiFi broadband connection which was poor and not even able to be used at all. It it wasn’t for the broadband I would rate the hotel a 5 star.

The overall stay was ok
Bar staff were inexperienced and during the day overstretched as they appeared understaffed
The insulation/ soundproofing in the room on the 3rd floor was totally inadequate
Every footstep from above and even phone alarms from adjoining rooms were clearly audible
Food was good and cleanliness excellent
Pool area also good

Very nice clean hotel, food was good staff were very friendly.
Only thing we booked hotel for use of pool and gym, and when going to use gym we were told we could not take our 9 year old in with us while we workout.
