We were greeted by staff with some yummy tea. We downloaded their app where you can schedule spa appointments, order room service, chat with the staff, submit requests, find suggested activities to do in the area, etc. The hotel itself was beautiful. Nice boutique style with sleek clean rooms. We got a massage during our stay. It was a 90 min Thai massage and it was “Amazing”!!! The best massage I’ve ever had. Wed been doing a lot of walking and my entire body was tense from head to toe. After that massage I felt no pain. We ate breakfast twice and checked out their rooftop bar. Food and drinks were delicious. The hotel is centrally located in old town, which was perfect for us. We had a pool access room which was great. The reason for 4 stars is the air conditioning in the room was exceptionally loud (so much so we couldn’t sleep with it on) & we found the bed / pillows were not as comfy as previous places we have stayed.
