Riverside luxury close to all the sites

Cons: It was all good
Location: Easy to walk to the main temples and town. Very close to the night market. Great riverside spot.
Fantastic hotel - great location, staff & service. We had a slight issue with check in ( Expedia says it 2pm check in the hotel policy 3pm) this was dealt with really well by the customer relations manager and free afternoon tea was enjoyed by the family. Breakfast has many tasty options, the cocktail bar was great - Look out for Dr X and her special cocktail suggestions, booking for drivers etc no issue. I would visit again.

舒適,休假,服務優越酒店

Pros: 員工很好,酒店能令你有一種輕鬆渡假感覺。
Cons: 防蚊管理要加強,另房內也能提供香薰爐會更好。
Location: Night bazaar chiang mai 就有斜對面,不過沒什麼東西看,但週日夜市很值得推薦,由酒店走路過去大約20分鐘。
入住感覺很好,員工很友善而且主動提供協助,酒店也很優美,早餐豐富,晚上酒店還提供了一些泰國小食予我們享用,份量不多,但有心意;另外,Pest control 尚算可以,但蚊子還是有的,尤其在接待處的座位處,另外,如房內也能提供香薰爐會更好。

Best hotel we have ever stayed in!!

This hotel ruined hotel experiences for the rest of my life because nothing will ever live up to it. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was truly a special place. The staff is beyond sweet and caring, everyone knows you by name and literally runs over to help you in anyway they can if they see you may need something. Everyone from the lobby staff, restaurant, pool seems so genuinely happy to be adding to your experience. Food at the restaurants were great and they have pretty much anything you want and if not they would be happy to make it. The rooms and the overall design was meticulous. I'd call it Japanese/contemporary/modern... Just beautiful. Photos don't do this place justice. The tai massage at the spa was amazing and the private boxing class we took was so much fun. Lots of cool stuff to do around the hotel area and the staff helps you plan anything you need so that you feel safe which we felt was important when you travel to a country you are not familiar with. Great location in walking distance from the night markets and temples but also secluded enough on the river that when your in the resort you are in such a calm place to be with your loved ones. This isn't the "pool party" hotel type of place... Go to this hotel if you want to see and experience all the best sites in Chang Mai and then come back, dive into a quiet pool have a beautiful dinner and be in a truly zen hotel. Pros: スタッフのサービス、自然とうまく融合しているホテルの全体設計
Cons: 特になし。
今回は家内と両親の4人でソンクラン時期に宿泊しました。 まず施設ですが、とても綺麗です。何よりも庭がよく手入れがなされており、ホテルのどこを通っても癒されます。難点といえば、自然が多い分蚊が多いことくらいです(蚊よけスプレーで対処可能)。 スタッフのサービスも今まで泊まったホテルの中で3本の指に入ると思います。チェックイン、チェックアウト時の対応がとても良く、ベットメイキングも一日2回入り、ストレスなく滞在することができました。また、初めてのチェンマイで右も左もわからない私達にスタッフの方親切におすすめの観光スポットやレストランを教えてくれ、大変助かりました。 絶対おすすめです。

Anantara Paradise

This is a beautiful colonial style hotel that we have stayed at many times. Every time it just gets better and better! The service is truly fantastic - from the neck and shoulder massage you get upon arriving and whilst checking-in, to the most amazing pool attendant who literally runs everywhere to get cold towels, ice-water, set out your towel etc! The restaurants are very good - the service is impeccable and quality of food excellent. If you wish for a relaxing, quiet getaway then do consider the Anantara. The only slight negative is that the Spa prices are quite expensive when compared to other placed not located within a hotel. However you do get what you pay for and the Hotel spa is very calming and well appointed.

川沿いのゆったりしたリゾートホテル

ホテルの立地(ナイトバザールまで徒歩5分)も良く、それでいてホテルに一歩足を踏み入れると、静かなゆったりした雰囲気が感じられるホテルです。 レストランは趣向を凝らしたメニューで、雰囲気も良かったです。 ホテルのスタッフ(フロント)の対応が、きびきびしておらず、ひとつのことを依頼してもイライラさせられることが多々あったのが残念です。

Das Hotel Restaurant 'The Service 1921' war der Hammer. Super Essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, würde bei Rückkehr nach Chiang Mai nur wieder im Anantara buchen.
