"Excellent hotel in Naples"

"Room had some awkward smell (sheets/towels smelled very vinegary), shower didn't fully drain, the check-in process was very awkward (I had to go to the next door restaurant to get the key; the person was very unhappy to be helping me), the bed was sagging in the middle. Overall not a great stay for the price and I would encourage you to look elsewhere when visiting Naples."

"Isabella, the owner is an absolute star and stayed late to welcome us when we were running nearly 4 hours behind schedule. The hotel is a little tricky to find at first but we soon realised it was behind a set of gargantuan wooden doors leading into a shared courtyard which, quite frankly, comes as a relief in Naples!
