"Loved our long weekend at the Black Bull. Very busy pub, but as we were on the second floor no noise issues. Smashing Sunday lunch and all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady behind the bar who checked us in. Only issue was no lift and the stairs are quite steep, so definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Would not hesitate to recommend and will stay again. "

"Just stayed in room 5 (family room) with my partner it’s Lovely hotel, very clean and well kept beautifully decorated rooms and furnishings. Nice and central to everything would definitely stay again. Very accommodating and and around lovely place to stay x"

"We had a great overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, shower good and the breakfast was lovely. "

"Very close to the castle and beach, so that was excellent. Parking is very limited, especially around busy times like bank holidays (when we went). The staff were very friendly and very attentive at breakfast which was great, and the food was good. Our room (room 6), is in need of a little tlc and the walls are a little thin (I could hear the people in room 5 snoring!), but overall a very nice little set up. I would stay there again 😀"
