"Lovely view of the lake from our room. Room was spacious. Cleaning lacked attention to detail - there was dust on the shelves by the kettle. The shower gel had been watered down. I wouldn’t eat in either of the restaurants if I stayed again. Food was overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was very busy and only one coffee machine for decaf coffee so had to wait quite a long time to access the machine Staff were friendly. "

The pool is warm and usually nice but a large group of teenagers took over the pool and we had to leave as my daughter became anxious. Previously we have enjoyed the pool."
