5/5 Excellent
"The reception staff who greeted us (two young men) were the most friendly, polite and efficient you could ever wish for - a credit to your hotel."
"I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus.
The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft.
Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property "
"A nice old English Coaching House. Recently refurbished, staff very friendly, good beer, good breakfast, Frome is a nice place for a quiet week end. "
"Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was very quiet at night too, no banging doors, although not sure if it was because the hotel itself was quiet. The only negative was that the room was incredibly hot at night. We had to have the windows open quite wide overnight. "
