"The Covenstead is a most unusual and lovely place to stay in heart of Glastonbury close to the Abbey ruins. The hotel is furnished with a unique and fascinating collection of antiques and artifacts throughout, and guests have access to several common areas on the ground floor as well as a pretty garden. Individual rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The friendly staff are most welcoming and work very hard to accommodate guests needs, as well as serve breakfasts...

"What a wonderful place to stay in Frome. Built in 1604, it is a fantastic house. The rooms are lovely & Claire is a fantastic host - wonderful breakfast on bot h days for us. We would highly recommend Rook Lane House."

"This was my third time staying at Stoberry, and I hope to be back again. The welcome is always warm, the rooms comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the setting absolutely stunning, with picturesque gardens and incredible views of Wells and the surrounding area. This year was of course slightly different due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but it was still an absolute pleasure to stay and Frances, Tim, Wendy and everyone else went out of their way to make us feel at ease and welcome. "Good use of a small space, with a particularly attractive upper storey. Comfortable. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Parking is secure and it's extremely close to the Tor as well as to Glastonbury town centre - useful when visiting on a very rainy day! There is heavy traffic on the adjacent road, so if you're not used to this ear plugs might be useful (at least in the upstairs bedroom)."
