Brilliant hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The staff are excellent, kind, courteous, helpful, they cannot do enough for you. All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with all amenities within easy reach. Restaurants are all excellent and the cuisine of a very high calibre. Could not have been better looked after. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, just wish it could have been longer.
My family and I stayed here each time we are in Hong Kong as we travel frequently. Each time Selby Ho and her team at the Four Seasons have always made our stay wonderful and pleasant. The Four Seasons Hong Kong is our choice of hotel each time we are in the city.

The location and staff at this hotel were great. However the room was tiny, even for HK standards (I even had an upgraded room) and the air conditioner left the tile floors soaking wet no matter how many times we mopped it up. Made the room a bit uncomfortable.
I would probably stay again for the location relative to the price.
Virtually all-inclusive boutique hotel in the heart of Central -- and just a stone's throw from tons of restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, etc. Room was amazing. Staff was excellent -- treat you well and make the extra effort to please. Lots of 'free' things included in the rate. Wifi was solid, and desk was well equipped for business (converter, phone charger, office supplies). Didn't use fitness room -- not because I'm a load, but because I didn't have time.
Stayed at iClub Sheung Wan for 3D2N and I think, knowing its my first time in HK, the location is pretty close to almost everywhere especially the MTR, which is about 5 minutes walk. There are a lot of shops nearby and yeah cafés lots of them. Overall, it's a 2thumbs up for me.
Considered the central business district, Central is home to the corporate headquarters of multinational financial services, consulates-general, and Hong Kong government and administrative offices. The area is also a major transport hub for buses, trains, trams, and ferries. Head to Hollywood Road for antiques and trinkets, and Soho for bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and galleries.
