It’s a 5 minute walk to the MTR station. The size of the room is huge. The kitchen area was handy as we could make some simple meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. And, of course, the view was stunning. The government has initiated a new green policy so no toiletries are provided, although you do have the option to purchase some at the front desk or at nearby shops. No complaints at all. The place is more a serviced residence than a hotel, and well, while we liked the big size of the room, king bed, kitchentte, crib for our little one, location near the MTR and tram, and good housekeeping, we had a few issues. Our check-in was delayed because the room was still being cleaned, one of the male receptionists was really rude with HORRIBLE English I could barely understand, the power sockets were the HK standard and so I had to use an adapter provided by the front desk and the bathroom sink leaked (it got fixed fast). Would we stay here again? The room and furniture look old and needs renovation. The receptionist is not friendly. For me the location was not that great and was hard to get a taxi to take me off the island from here.
