"The hotel is quiet, the bed is amazing, the bedding is worth a mention because it’s top quality and hard to beat. The staff in the restaurant are top notch as well. My only complaint is the two ladies who checked us in wouldn’t give me an invoice even though I paid at the hotel. They wouldn’t give it because I made the booking on hotels.com. I advised them I do this weekly and that’s not how it works. Eventually I gave up and came back after shift change. The kindest most warm hearted who works...

"It’s in a perfect location! From the train from the ferry and from downtown. It an old hotel with all the amenities. Comfortable bed large room and big bathroom. There is a nice little pub and restaurant here too. I’d stay again. "

"We have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions. It is an older property but it is very comfortable. The beds are excellent and the facilities are ideal. There is a very good buffet breakfast available and a good bar downstairs. The staff are all very nice and I really can't fault this place. I have no hesitation in recommending staying here."
