"The hotel was clean. Our room started at 64 degrees when we got there and only went down. Was at 60 degrees when we got up the next morning. There were no extra blankets in the room either. The shower drained too slow so you had to stop mid shower and let it drain."

"Disappointing! The room got flooded every night and there was a puddle half way across the room. We informed the staff and they didn't care. We had to put towels down and clean it ourselves every day. The curtains were moldy and it smelled. Don't be fooled by beach resort-you cannot go on the beach or swim there, too dangerous. Very misleading. Make sure you pay for everything when you get it and don't do a room charge because they will add things on, we caught them a few times and they apologized. Way too overpriced for an outdated so called beach resort. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone we know. "

"There were no windows at all in the room, which I had not understood from the listing. The main door from the outside green beans locked while you were inside and you need to use the key to get out. Between the lack of windows and the locking in, it does not feel like a safe place to stay in case of fire or some other emergency. I would not stay here again because of that."
