There is no front desk and you will have to call for them to open a locked building, that isn't in as great of a shape as the pictures show. ROOMS AREN'T CLEANED IN BETWEEN GUESTS!!!!! The walls are filthy, the bathroom/toliet was filthy, there was dirty/food/bugs under the mini fridge/beds, inside the fidge was dirty etc. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean sheets/blankets for the room and our own toliet paper. There also is no working wifi, we were given a password that was too short to on any of the nearby services (they didnt even tell us which one it was). The hotel is located in a ghetto area. The check in is done in a bodega on the first floor of the building and depending on the day, it might be difficult to get a hold of the person in charge. There are some very steep steps to go up to the hotel room area. The room however is pretty ok, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but it was not bad overall. It is a cheap hotel and thats exactly what u get. But given its location, 7 minute drive to the coliseum Jose Miguel Agrelot. I'd say that it's a great stay if youre just looking for a place to stay close to the convention center or coliseum. ##### Gerardo Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2025 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Christina 12 Sept 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities This should not even be a place on Expedia the experience was insane the pictures are a lie the area is full of addicts and drunks we got there at 4 everything was locked up there’s no front desk you have to go to the front bar to get to speak to someone everyone was drunk was told to get in we have to speak Spanish and pay her $20 or buy a beer when we found a translator she told the room code to everyone that was outside but still did not unlock the door so my money was wasted we spent 8 hours on the street until we found another place to stay nothing is real about this listing worse experience of my life I cried and cried until the translator Richard was kind enough to help us navigate somthing else even he said it would be unsafe for us there Expedia or the room did not call me back , replace my money or offer any care to the situation ##### Christina Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Giovanni 24 May 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities Dont expect 5 star (Marriotte) quality service. Its an economy hotel meant for people who want a cheaper stay in. you MUST known the spanish language to speak to the people at the store downstairs. A lady will guide you to your room. The stairs in the entrance smells kinda funny.
