Beautiful, very modern and spotlessly clean. Great variety of breakfast.. rooftop pool area is fabulous, wonderful sunset view. The location is perfect, away from the busy old town but conveniently placed for the local bus and walking trails.

Amazing place, clean and the host was very friendly and nice. Check-in and check out was also very easy. 5 mins from the airport and 20 mins from Dubrovnik old town. We had a car so it which made it easy.

I stayed Easter week, and Jelena was so lovely and helpful, she met me on arrival from my airport transfer at the Pile gate (organised by the apartments). Jelena went out of her way to make sure everything was OK, checking in on me as a solo traveller every few days. Her boss needs to give her a raise, as she keeps the apartments immaculate. The hotel is a relatively new ( less than 3 years) built and the facilities are quite modern. It overlooks a bay with stunning views. We had a sea view room and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is located in Srebreno, which is about 20 minutes by road and 25 minutes by boat taxi from the old city of Dubrovnik. We went to the Old City by boat taxi and returned late by Uber. We recommend Uber in Dubrovnik. It is a lot cheaper than the local licensed taxi. The hotel's location was also convenient...

The location is away from the chaos of the Old City, and yet convenient enough for public transport (busses and Uber easily available). From the airport, you can take the airport bus shuttle (only €10 per person) and ask the driver to stop in front of Tommy supermarket. from there, it's a very short distance walk to the hotel. Staff was professional and attentive. Room and amenities are top-notch. Breakfast was sufficient and varied. We loved it!

We had a comfortable first floor apartment for a family of 4. Compact, but fine for our four night stay. Girls loved the Pool and Hot tub. Views were amazing and great to wake up to in the morning.

Kompas Hotel is a modern and spacious hotel in Dubrovnik. The Old Own is around 15 minutes by bus. The hotel is well managed and the staff friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the Aida Apartments was excellent. Aida was super helpful before we arrived, and was really helpful throughout our stay. Glasses of juice or beer and the pancakes were a real joy. Used this apartment as a 10-day holiday base for visiting, primarily Dubrovnik but Split, Kotor, Montenegro and Mostar, Bosnia with self drive car hire as well. Local supermarket and bakery provided for breakfast on the balcony, lunch out and mostly restaurant dining in the evenings. Restaurant prices are not much different to UK-anything between £50 and £120 for 2-3 courses with a good (Croatian) bottle of wine, of which there is a fantastic choice. Lovely hotel and room. Only thing i wasnt happy about was that our room was in the anbex building on ground floor so no view, and i do love a view. Residents bar closed a little early I thought. Also really missing a nice outdoor pool or sun deck but otherwise a really good hotel in a grest location.

Very pleased with Hotel Neptune - nice clean room overlooking sea. We were on the 2nd floor with a lovely view. Quite location - staff very helpful, plenty of choice for breakfast, and a good choice for evening meals. There is a bus service just across the road in to the old town, which runs every 4 or 5 minutes, the fare is very cheap. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is part of the Importanne Beach Resort and therefore you could use the facilities of the other hotels in the group. Although no actual beach there were towels and sun beds provided on a concrete area next to the sea. Our room was very good with a view over the sea, cleaned every day. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They had read our request asking for a quiet room and duly provided one. The room itself was a good size with a small balcony, tea & coffee making facilities which was a nice bonus, and a hook in the bathroom to hang up your dressing gown etc while you shower (many a hotel don't have one). The air conditioning worked well too. The reception staff also provided us with information and a map about what there is to see in the area, where to eat, buses to catch...

We did not have any issues and our stay went pleasantly. One day we stayed on the small beach what was nice. Myself being scared from swimming in the sea and the rocky beach is not for me even for the dipping my feet in, hence I loved the rooftop pool area what was surprisingly quiet with plenty sunbeds unoccupied all day long.
