DO NOT STAY HERE. I cannot express how upset we were at every aspect of this hotel.
First and foremost, this is the most understaffed hotel I have ever stayed at. You get there, thinking this is a "resort" it is not. Upon arrival,our room was not ready so they suggested we go get a drink and gave us a drink voucher.
We go to the bar, waited 30 mins for service. My husband eventually had to go inside himself where the waiter was extremely rude and said he would be right there. Finally came over to take our order and he then informed us the drink voucher was only for beer or champagne. Waited another 10 mins DRINKS NEVER CAME. We left.
Dinner time came around, we could not get in ANYWHERE to eat, so we ordered room service. We were told it would be over an hour and a half because they only have ONE PERSON for the entire property (mind you, this is 4 properties in one ) to deliver food. it took over 2 hours. We ate dinner at 11pm. It was awful and so was the food.
They do not answer the front desk phones if you need anything. EVER. We had to walk down every time or call at least 5 times before we got an answer.
Your "free breakfast" - more like get up at 6am if you want to get any food. We got there at 745 and everything was gone.
The grounds themselves are DIRTY, There were hairballs everywhere, no clean tables, old towels lying around.
This place put a large damper on our trip. I NEVER write reviews but I hope this helps someone looking to stay here, please turn away.
