"Excellent location. It has a great boat ride into debrovnik and back allowing you time to visit Dubrovnik for many hours if you like and the total cost was only twenty euros per person. Cavtat is exceptionally beautiful. It is relatively quiet, not a party town, and the whole place feels a world away from the ups and downs of life. It is great for nature watching and just pottering around the shops and cafe's. Superb in every way.

Great walks, great swimming, good restaurants. Great views, peaceful. Good bus links to Dubrovnik. Water taxis and boat trips from Cavtat are easy and good value. Some aircraft noise but not a problem for us.
