Extremely POOR customer service, since at no point during the current crisis did the Royal Princess Hotel, Dubrovnik ever offer a refund of any kind or a credit note/voucher of any description! Sloping their shoulders just like Expedia! Neither the hotel or Expedia have ever contacted me to check on my travel plans and/or offer any alternatives, but maybe neither company realised that flights from the UK were being cancelled and that the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in the UK was advising against all but essential travel to Croatia up until the 4th July!!! So even if we had been able to get there by some other means our holiday insurance would have been null and void! So a big THANK YOU to the Royal Princess Hotel & Expedia for providing NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at any stage!!!!!!
