"The property location is amazing, the beach wonderful "

"The location is fantastic. A beautiful setting overlooking the bay with beautiful clear water. The apartments are comfortable and well maintained. The restaurants are lovely and staff very friendly. Two complaints: They charge for sun loungers on the beach but not by the pool. There were never any loungers by the pool as people leave their towels to reserve them. The beach is right next to the hotel and paying €60 for a family of 6 for them a day is unfair. The restaurants advertise as open all day but then in small print close the kitchens in afternoon. Make it clearer as it is misleading, "

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of different options of hot and cold food. The location was perfect with the bus station close to the hotel. "The best part about Hotel Lapad is the staff- specifically Goran at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, and staff gave us great recommendations for going to see the Old Town. I had forgotten my things at our last hotel on Lopud and Goran went above and beyond to help me get my belongings back, thank you a million times Goran! I highly highly recommend staying at hotel Lapad. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The facility is amazing and was one of our favorites from the trip. The staff was nice but it felt like they could have done a bit more around the pool given the 5 star hotel rating. Overall we would definitely stay again!"

"This is an excellent hotel choice for anyone coming to Dubrovnik that wants a luxurious relaxing experience on the beach with the option to have quick transportation to the old town walls and other areas of Dubrovnik. The views along the coastline are stunning, the beach has many umbrellas and chairs with full service, and the rooms are spacious with a large balcony overlooking the coastline. The breakfast buffet had many options including a fresh omelet station. I haven’t seen many breakfast setups as large as this one with as many options and the food was delicious. All of the service members were polite and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay here again!"
