"Stayed here for 4 days. The property is about to be renovated and is very dated. But you get what you pay for. Great location, great views of the sea and beach. Difficult to get into the bathroom due to narrow opening between entrance and the shoer. But the shower is excellent. Well worth it for the money we paid. But renovation is literally about to start as of March 2026."

For the rate we paid, my wife and I agreed this was the best place we stayed on our 2 week journey around the southern UK. Access to the water, a nice walk to Land’s End, convenient breakfast and pub food, and complimentary coffee, tea, and round of lager were some highlights of our single day staying here. "

"Whilst the Expedia price on this hotel was lower than the hotels website, the general condition of the room and bar was tired and dated. The shower did not work correctly, room light kept flickering on and off when switched on. It was convenient for a party i was attending but i would not return. "
