"Staff exceptional, Friendly, Attentive, Extremely Understanding, Very Helpful and had Fantastic Patience with our Dogs. The only thing that we found problematic was the bed we had in room 3, it was very uncomfortable and very noisy on every movement, for example turning back and forth. However, its only fair to say that we never made any complaint about this, nor the fact that the only seating area was the bed, hence the constant noise. "

"Arrived late and departed early unfortunately so didnt eat or drink. A very warm welcome and a comfy bed was had,no street parking to be found around the hotel but there is a large free car park 5 mins walk away uphill"
