Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. "Wrong bed! I booked a queen bed and it was 2 singles. No staff present, car park barrier locked us in, no one answered the phone or replied on email. Thankfully another disgruntled customer had the barrier exit code and I tailgated out. I decided to find another hotel nearby- this place is RANK"

"Plenty of parking, room nice and quiet. Mattresses were comfy but the single beds felt very narrow also the legs of the bed were angled out and because of the dark colour too, a few stubbed painful toes! Food was a bit on the pricey side £8 for a portion of sweet potato fries! Breakfast was nice, enough choice. And the shower was nice and powerful. "
