9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,009 reviews)

This is an excellent option when wanting to be located in the heart of walkable Verona. The location is unbeatable. Rooms are very nice although we could not figure out how to turn on the heat or the AC. The pillows and mattresses are standard Italian fare meaning barely comfortable but not back breaking. Breakfast buffet is a must with excellent options and lovely way to start your day. There are cafes and even a large Starbucks nearby but this is convenient and good. It would be nice to have at least one news channel in english given the international clientele. And there is no meal service available in rooms despite what they say. We called room service and they seemed confused and told us everything is frozen and they just reheat….
