"Monica was the friendliest most enthusiastic host we’ve stayed with. Everything from her greeting to the amazing breakfast was perfect. She does a lot of baking, so the breakfast was really a treat and you could also get eggs cooked in various ways. The room was a little small but very comfortable. "Perfect Tuscan getaway. Great villa on amazing grounds with fantastic views. 5 minute walk to the center of Castellina. Villa is great for a couple or a couple with 2 small children. Very well maintained, clean, and well equipped. Villa is simple and comfortable. It is set in an olive grove of a much larger farm. Grounds are beautifully maintained and the view of the valleys and mountains are great. We spent every morning out by the pool watching the sunrise. Not fancy but exactly what we were looking for to relax after visiting all the big cities of Italy. Biagi and Frederico were great hosts and gave recommendations on local things to do. Castellina is very centrally located to explore more of Tuscany. There is a fairly steep hill to climb to get to the town. So if you have difficulty walking, this may be a concern. Loved our stay! Very private and relaxing."

"Most beautiful villa for our family for a big birthday. I wanted a fabulous outdoor patio dining table that could manage our group of 12 over looking views and vineyards. I wanted comfortable updated bathrooms, bedrooms for all guests with air conditioning. I wanted a dreamy pool experience sipping wine laying out at the pool while looking out magical views. I wanted a villa close to a village where we could go grocery shopping and dinners. This all came true in this most incredible villa. We hired a chef for one dinner, a family cooking class another night and brought in the pizza chef another night … all a 10!! I researched for 6 months to find the best villa. Isola Serena was all I dreamed of and more! We have never witnessed more beautiful sunsets. Rafaella was fabulous always available to help with reservations and anything you need. This place is magical! "

"This was a beautiful location. The room was spacious and loved the patio for coffee in the mornings. It was very private. We enjoyed the pool and restaurants were great. Breakfast was amazing. We did the picnic and dinner in the Olive Garden and loved getting to know others at our table. The chefs food choices were so wonderful. We would definitely stay again. "
