"The location was great and the bed was comfortable. However the room was dark and small with no windows. The shower leaked a great deal. Opening the door with your phone was annoying."

"This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

"This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. "The location and layout were incredible, however, there was a weird smell during our entire stay. The showerhead was also not installed all the way, so it didn't work as intended. It also wasn't the same listing as shown in the photo."

"This was a great location to explore Madrid. We slept well. Make sure to read keyless entry instructions as there is no one in person to great you. The first room was not ready but when I messaged they quickly switched us to a clean room. Easy access to train and airport."
