I was nervous about picking this place , but it was exactly the perfect spot to stay in Colombia, everything was so close by, didn’t even need uber or the taxis , everything to me was walking distance but of course I did get some taxis once my mom was tired of walking lol, but overall great place. Had hot water for showers, staff was helpful as well. Had a big mirror to take pics .

The area felt safe. Even though, we were near a lot of activity, the hotel was quiet, and we were able to get quality sleep. The area is walkable. We were about a 10-15 minute walk from the main points of interest. The breakfast was included, and it was delicious and filling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The staff where welcoming, always ready and willing to help. The property is located in a good area for those who like to walk and explore while enjoying the view that Cartagena have to offer. A small recommendation for the administration of the hotel, is to look into having more variety for breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff, especially the girl at daytime and the guy at the night, were super helpful. Also they are bilingual. Breakfast tastes good. Only issue is that they have a water pump gives out loud noise every few seconds. Other than that, the hotel is great

I just recently stayed here for 7 nights. I have to say, the rooms are incredibly clean. They have everything that you need: towels (changed daily), bed, desk, functional bathroom, and a working safe for your valuable items. This hotel also has good wifi and no shortage of hot water (which is hard to come by).The property is located in Getsemani so you can walk pretty much anywhere with endless restaurant choices. However, the bed was hard as a rock. So hard, in fact, my hips and back were sore for the whole week and it interrupted my sleep. The hotel is very loud and with big gaps in the trim around the doors, the sound comes right into your room. Breakfast was ok-limited choices (which I totally understand) the coffee was very good, but the glass of juice given to me had ants crawling around the rim of it.

The hotel was horrible there was no running hot water, the sink was falling off the wall also the faucet was broken and would spill water everywhere. The ac unit was releasing hot air as well and wouldn’t cool all night long , the room itself was dirty apart from all the amenities being horrendous , overall i had a horrible experience and won’t be returning to this location. I wish i would’ve known before hand about these inconveniences because in the pictures it’s nothing like how it really is in the actual hotel. its false advertising and i wish i could’ve gotten a refund and rented elsewhere but i wasn’t allowed to.

Worth the visit

I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable and if you bring in a guest from outside there is a small fee. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

La ubicación era perfecta, el precio que pagamos es lo que recibimos. Cama y toallas de baño estaban limpias. Aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Lo único es que en mi habitación no había agua caliente. Entiendo que en Cartagena hace mucho calor pero a muchas personas aún nos gusta bañarnos con agüita caliente. Igual y si tiene pero la verdad nunca lo comenté a recepción.
