I loved their cocktails the rooms have AC, and are clean, the TV and Wifi did not work during our stay, but that was not a big deal. the food was amazing, best seafood cazuela I’ve had in years! and the staff was great too! this is a place to relax far from the party area. We tried to leave the same day however they would not help us arrange transportation and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere we ended up arranging our own transportation the next day to another hotel sure enough I have photos of all the bug infestation and bites on my body I tried to speak to the hotel manager to get a refund he wouldn't even speak with us I actually saw him on the property and he instructed the stuff to tell us he was not there. In the entrance of the room a running generator going like a truck at full speed? They gave us a small room with windows and with the plastic curtain glued to the glass doors. Linens and pillows out of plastic. Tiniest bathroom from the cheapest materials, ceiling fan with no blades, and of course no refund for the "downgrade" from superior no window room. There is no beach just the pinkest rocks. Doors to outside locked at night. If you still go there it your own fault. Shame on Expedia to promote this disaster of a hotel! ##### Peter Stayed 1 night in Nov 2024 ### 6/10 Okay #### Rosa 16 Sept 2024 Everything was fine until we left and had an opportunity to reflect on our experience. The staff was very friendly and kins. My review has nothing to do with the staff, it has everything to do with the ownership, leadership & management that are accountable and responsible for the well-being of their guests. We didn’t like the fact that everything closed down at 8:30 pm, the kitchen, the bar, etc. unbeknownst to us, we were never told ahead of time. The staff that was closing down for the day was kind enough to come knock on our door to wake us from a nap to ask us if we wanted something to eat before the kitchen closed down for the day. We were the only 2 people in the entire complex FOR THE NIGHT, including staff, there was no one left on the premises at all but us 2 after 9 pm. Had we known we’d be left completely alone in the middle of nowhere, with no car and no way to protect ourselves in any event including an emergency, we’d never would have booked this hotel. This is an accident/tragedy waiting to happen, only a matter of time….anyone can suffer a heart attack, any medical emergency can happen at any time, especially to an international tourist with no knowledge of the culture nor language…..we could have been attacked in our sleep….how can a hotel be so careless, take such a liability and charge such prices on top of it???! So irresponsible! Hacen gran esfuerzo por mantener limpia su playa aunque los locales ensucian a un lado y les afecta. La llegada es difícil, no entra vehículo, debe caminarse, pero eso le toca a la comuna mejorar infraestructura. Podria resumir que el servicio por parte del personal eta excelente, las instalaciones buenas, limpieza muy bien comida muy bien. Solo el acceso al hotel fatal, no se puede llecar a una persona en silla de ruedas, ni tampoco niños en carrito, el WIFI nunca funcionó el dueño jamas me dio las claves correctas aun diciendole que tenia que trabajar. Aun le falta mucho para ser un hotel que se recomiende. Pero, la tv de mi cuarto no funcionaba (y nos enteramos de que en otras habitaciones tampoco funcionaba), lo unico que realmente no me gusto es que no te avisan que el camino para llegar es muy feo.
