This high point of my stay was the staff. The rest if the hotel was pretty poor, so ill list the CONS below: -My window faced into the lobby. You may as well just not even have windows if the first floor view is the front desk. -MOLD! It was everywhere. On the walls and the ceilings, in the paint itself. The place was covered in black spots from the mold. -Its SO HUMID that even my clean fresh laundry felt damp and nasty whenever i hot dressed. They really need to invest in some dehumidifiers. Since the lobby's giant front door was always open, and my door and window faced into the lobby, you could hear all of the street noise like it was right on the other side of your door (because it was). Every 15 minutes there was a loud clomping of horse hooves from the carriage tours outside. -You have to chexk on everyone you bring back to your room and pay 80000 pesos per visitor. It's incredibly invasive when you meet another tourist at the bar and then they have to provide their passport and personal information to the front desk before they can come in and visit. -This final comment is less about the hotel and more about its location. Anywhere you go in the walled city, you will be swarmed by street urchins demanding your tourist money, so I'd steer clear ofbthe whole area if must go to Cartagena.

Is an old property that needs to be actualized and improved. Pillows are big and without confort. No hot water, toilet cover move all directions. Small bath. No hair dryer. Breakfast is acceptable but not good. Their personnel is good and shows good manners and respect. Its personnel was the best experience. I will not consider staying there anymore.

Excelente.

Estuvo súper todo! Excelente servicio. El desayuno muy rico y completo. La habitación limpia y ordenada. Lo único es que no tiene agua caliente sino al clima.

NO TODO ES LO QUE PARECE.

Es un hotel muy malo, huele a moho, no tiene ventanas, es un zulo, no tienen nada ni para desayunar, es necesario ir a un bar que lo tienen contratado, las fotos no hacen justicia, parece un hotel con encanto, cuando estas allí te das cuenta que no lo es. UNA COSA buena, las personas de recepción son encantadoras.

Limpo e extremamente receptivo e atencioso

Local limpo e o melhor foi o atendimento das 3 recepcionistas ( Ingris, Mari e a recepcionista da noite ) extremamente atenciosas, simpáticas, prestativas, acolhedoras, atendimento nota 10 por parte dessas 3 moças. Foram ótimas. Também tivemos um ótimo atendimento no café da manhã pelo rapaz que servia todos os dias de manhã no hotel Nautilus. Havia um recepcionista homem também em uma das noites que também foi extramente cordial. O hotel está de parabéns em relação aos funcionários. Indico para meus colegas e voltaria no hotel com certeza.
