The Hotel Almirante is an excellent place to stay in Cartegena. Located in the heart of the bubbling Bocagrande area, the Hotel Almirante is perfectly situated near restaurants, shops, 24-hour grocery stores, and right across from the beach. If you are a walker, the Hotel is a 5K stroll from the Walled City. The amenities in the Hotel were plentiful and convenient. It offers three eateries, a rooftop swimming pool, meeting and conference spaces, a sports bar, a gym, hot tub, and the nicest staff members in the area. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Almirante again and I certainly recommend it.

The room was above the kitchen and when they turned on the extractor fan, it was quite noticeable in our room. The people who work at the front desk are super friendly.
