#### Go to the cinema, peruse upmarket boutiques and wander along the paths of the landscaped gardens in this modern shopping compound.

The Ayala Centre is a vast shopping complex comprising several malls in sleek, modern buildings with gardens, a cinema and entertainment venues. It is a cultural hotspot with a lagoon, a food strip and high-end stores. Spend the day acquiring gifts and souvenirs in this enormous shopping labyrinth.

Relax in the Terraces, which consists of multiple layers with balconies and green spaces. Its rows of trees hide the urbanity of this commercial district and generate a serene ambiance. Let the kids play on a sunny day in this scenic section of the mall.

Stroll through the open-air part of the mall for its upscale stores and restaurants. Enjoy Cebu’s generally good weather and dine under the stars at the mix of local and international restaurants with vegetarian options.

Find whatever you need in the all-encompassing department stores, such as Marks and Spencer. The mall contains fashionable brands including Topshop, Lacoste, Levi’s and Vans. Watch some of the latest releases with your family at the cinema at this modern site. Between sightseeing outings, pamper yourself with the array of treatments available at The Spa At Cebu.

The site was the second Ayala complex in the Philippines, after the original was opened in Metro Manila. The majority of shops open daily from morning until fairly late in the evening. Enter the complex for free. Join 85,000 daily visitors at this popular shopping, dining and entertainment complex.

Find the Ayala Centre in the leafy commercial centre of Cebu Business Park in the eastern part of the city in its namesake province. Take a bus or jeepney to the stops at Keppel Tower Cebu Business Park or San Carlos Seminary complex and then walk a few minutes to reach Ayala Centre. Alternatively, drive and park in one of the complex’s enormous underground lots. Nearby attractions include the Carmelite Monastery, the Redemptorist Church and Saint Joseph the Patriarch Parish.

Love this place!! But realize…this isn’t a hotel. It’s a Bed & Breakfast…which to me, is so much better!! During the day we had a wonderful lady take care of us. When we woke up she had a wonderful French press coffee for us, made a great breakfast. Provided anything we needed. Our deck was so peaceful in the morning. Waking up, opening up the French doors and listening to the waves. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra day! It’s not a restaurant and definitely not a bar. So forget about that. Breakfast was great but beyond that we walked 2 minutes down the beach and found some great ocean side places with all sorts of choices. Pool needs a good cleaning as it’s a bit murky. This place is about absolute peace. It’s our new getaway location when we need to get out of Cebu city. Oh, and my wife’s fav was the big bathtub. Bring some bath salts and enjoy! Or 15 min away are the natural hot springs. Loved it all!

![I am a fan of cafés that are open 24hrs... and today, my happy feet brought me to Abaca Baking Company or what they fondly call as ABC 😊
Here I have their daily muffin, an option of chocolate or blueberry -  whichever is available on that day, and paired it with cold Calamansi Juice which is the Filipino version of lemonade. Weather this week hasn’t been great and am hoping the drink will help my immune system 😁 with my book to keep me company, I’m all good tonight.
