Air con unit shows filter require cleaning so was not working well. TV not all basic free view channels available. Worse of all, in a massive hotel only 2 points for lifts when you have luggage to carry, and only one set of the lifts goes to ground floor reception. Have to walk 15 mins to get to lifts ! Ridiculous when u have luggage to carry. Will not use again. Only positive it has a room safe. "
