The owner was very friendly, the room spotlessly clean and the full english breakfast was amazing!! The guest house is only a minute's walk away from the sea front and only 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and the railway station. Perfect location.

Car parking can be a gamble but it worked out for us, £9 for 24 hrs next to the fleece pub in church street. otherwise best cooked breakfast and very helpful and pleasant staff, made our first of hopefully many visits to Whitby a pleasure.😊

Location but peaceful atmosphere for been so close to all amenities everything required for a short visit on doorstep

The landlady was polite, the bed was clean and comfortable, the facilities were good, the breakfast was good. The bathroom could have been cleaner but the bedroom was very clean. Its within walking distance of the town centre.
