Absolutely fantastic, large clean rooms and bathrooms with everything you could need, would highly recommend

I find some hotels in this bracket a bit pretentious, but that wasn't the case here. The manager (I assume) was really friendly when we checked in and made us feel very welcome. The rest of the staff were very friendly too. The large roof terrace has a nice bar and fantastic views towards Vesuvius. There is also a nice ground floor bar with roadside terrace. Delicious canapes were served with our wine. Great location approx 25 metres from main square Our room was large, modern with air...

This Hotel is situated on the Piazza Della Vitoria with great sea views across to mount vesuvius be sure to get ask for a suite as they are corner rooms and look out across the bay of Naples. We dined one evening at the Hotel, and to my surprise we found the cost to be cheaper than outside , the buffet Breakfast was of course very typical of a 4 star Hotel, plentiful. Sorrento was very busy for the end of season,i can't imagine what it must be like in August,do go to AnaCapri The Chair...

Lovely holiday, loved having a little balcony. Great view over sorrento.

Grace and her family were super helpful and polite. The suites were like living in a lovely home. I’d definitely stay again.

Everything about Elys Suites suited us perfectly, with friendly and helpful staff, great choice of buffet breakfast and exceptionally clean rooms serviced every day. Would highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday. Roger & Patsy

Hotel was excellent, we were able to walk to bus, train and ferry as well into the heart of Sorrento. Despite being right in the centre, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Hotel was very clean, rooms very nice

Had a lovely few days at this hotel. Could not fault it in any way, staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great location and very easy to walk to the town and the port. Lovely outside areas and rooftop bar.

This hotel should be a 4 star... even though this hotel doesn’t have a pool and spa facilities, you CANNOT fault this hotel. It was slap bang in the middle the old town, there was a fantastic restaurant next door as well as a quirky cafe. The rooms were so modern and ABSOLUTELY spotless. You could literally lick the floor (if you’re into that kind of thing! Lol). I must say, the mood lighting was my personal favourite. You could turn your room lights from red, to blue, purple etc etc. It...

Quiet location yet easy access to good restaurants, ferry and bus/train station. Lovely variety of hot and cold food available for breakfast. The panoramic view and attentive service adds to the pleasure.

An exceptional stay with the most wonderful host! 🇮🇹❤️ We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our week in Sorrento. Giacomo was an absolutely wonderful host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Before we even arrived, he contacted us to offer help arranging airport transfers and excursions. He was waiting outside to personally welcome us and throughout our stay shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation was...

Before our holiday we received emails from the hotel giving us excellent advice and information for getting to the hotel. Bus from right outside the airport is definitely the best way to get there and it takes you to the train station in Sorrento. It is a 10 minute walk to the hotel which is situated just off the main street. Arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the warmest, friendliest, cheerful and helpful staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. This carried on throughout the...

This lovely B&B is all you need for your stay in Sorrento. It's family run and the staff are always really helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds, which are made each day, are so comfortable .The pool area is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds with use of towels available. Hidden from the road you feel like you are in the countryside. There is also a poolside bar where you can grab a drink or spot of lunch which is freshly made. The walk to town is about 15...

Great facilities, everything seemed very new and clean. The staff were very accommodating in agreeing to a late check out time for us, and were easy to reach by whatsapp. The location is also really convenient for the train station, and there is a great restaurant and ice cream bar around the corner. My partner was also able to work using the wifi with no issues. For breakfast there are a lot of items to pick from, but bear in mind they're mostly quite basic bits from the supermarket. The...

Really clean rooms close to town and safe as a solo traveller

Delightful staff. Place full of character. Very comfortable. Great view over Tasso Square. Convenient location.

The property is very central, very easy to go around. It’s the easy connection to all the other islands. The host very friendly the flat beautiful decorated,l and clean. We had a fabulous time. Thanks.

Great location, great service, very clean and nice room

Hotel lovely, breakfast are fab. Staff really acomodating. I stayed in room 16 which is noisy as it's by reception. I would ask for a roo. On 2.nd floor at the back if you want quiet as rooms overlooking square would be noisy. Definitely go back.
