The property was dirty and in an unsafe area of the city for children. Our family refused to stay in the apartment even though we had paid fully in advance and we moved into alternative accommodation at great inconvenience. We do not recommend this property for family accommodation.

Convenient location, incredible views and service
Stayed in this spacious two bedroom unit while at a conference with my wife and toddler. The location was perfect for accessing the convention centre, and nearby imenities (shopping, cafes, grocery store). What really set the place apart was the hotel staff (even though this apartment isn’t technically a part of the hotel) - they went above and beyond to make our stay safe and enjoyable. It was lovely to get to know them over the last couple weeks. The unit has incredible views of table mountain, thoroughly enjoyed a morning coffee looking at the scenery. The unit is well appointed with everything we needed, and tastefully decorated. A couple things could be improved though - the sofa is quite uncomfortable and is actually just a padded patio furniture sofa, and the front door key can be really finicky. All in all a wonderful stay at Fountains 1104.
